Intelligent material flow between production and storage

Digitron AGV and AMR solutions automate material transport to suit production and warehouse processes. We provide solutions for load classes from 50 kg to 5 tonnes, selecting vehicles and load handling arrangements according to dimensions, weight, center of gravity and facility conditions.

Digital mapping, route planning and transport tasks between stations are addressed together. Motion planning and interpolation are configured according to the selected vehicle control platform and application requirements.

We integrate AGV and AMR systems with ERP and MES infrastructure, connecting transport tasks to production and warehouse needs. Exchanging work orders, task status and delivery information supports traceable material flow. Adaptation to different software platforms is engineered around available interfaces and communication infrastructure, linking mobile transport to the digital production environment.

We provide vehicles and load handling arrangements suited to pallets, boxes and application-specific racks, selected according to load dimensions and weight. Transport between production stations and storage areas is configured around the facility material flow.
