Product Description

The Digitron workshop-type laser tube and profile cutting system offers a cost-effective solution with laser power options from 1 to 3 kW. The 6-metre-long system features a pneumatic chuck and pneumatic holder, with manual or automatic focusing options on the Z axis.

Shipping in three sections facilitates passage through narrow doors and transport to workshops on lower or upper floors. This modular shipping arrangement provides flexibility for installation in spaces with restricted access. Door clearance and floor-to-floor transport suitability depend on section dimensions, weights and access conditions.

Supports tube diameters of Ø10–120 mm and workpieces up to 6 metres long. The forward/backward-moving front head is designed to eliminate remnant waste. This does not include cutting kerf loss; actual remnants depend on the workpiece and cutting plan.
