The Digitron DGT-LK200 combines metal joining, surface cleaning and thin-sheet cutting in a single 2 kW fiber laser welding system. Its MAX Photonics laser source and single- or double-wire feeding options accommodate different part geometries and welding tasks. Welding with and without filler wire and continuous spot welding allow the process to be selected for production needs.

The GEFASST control system, Turkish and English touchscreen interface and storage for nine parameter presets simplify switching between jobs. Equipped with an S&A water-cooling system and Schneider Electric electrical components, the machine is intended for manufacturing applications involving carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

Our Digitron-developed software solutions support application-specific control and integration. Our optical adjustment and fiber laser source repair capabilities include fiber splicing and repair with our splicer equipment where suitable.
