Product Description

Digitron integrates industrial and collaborative robots into production processes to deliver application-specific robotic automation. We develop systems for pick-and-place, part handling, machine loading and unloading, gasket dispensing, welding and cutting.

We work with Syntec and LNC control solutions, Yaskawa, ABB and FANUC robots, various collaborative robot brands and our own Digitron brand. Robot, control platform and end-effector selection is assessed against part characteristics, reach, payload and production goals.

Our approach brings together process analysis, robot programming, end-effector and fixture integration, and automation connections with existing machines. We aim to make repetitive operations more consistent and integrate robotic systems into your production flow.
